HETTRICH TOMORROW is a strategic real estate consultancy to counterpart the large national and international service providers – acting differently.

We are specialists in strategic acquisitions & joint ventures for institutional real estate investments and, at the same time, guarantee the discreet handling of transactions or participations before they become known in the market and without any publicity.

In addition to transaction-based activities, we bring all of our knowledge, experience and network to bear in the field of investment acquisition. Here, participations in real estate investments (club deals, syndications of investments) are initiated and investor interests brought together. We focus on the repositioning, restructuring and modernisation of existing commercial and mixed-use assets in CBD areas and specific district centres in Berlin.

The field of real estate management consultancy is the role of strategic advisor in the setting up of companies in the property industry. Sascha Hettrich studied Real Estate Economics at the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel (lmmobilienökonom ebs) and has various other real estate qualifications (including RICS Registered Valuer). At the same time, he undertook further studies in business administration (dipl. oec.) and completed an Executive MBA at GSBA/Lorange Institute of Business Zurich with study trips to the USA and China. Sascha was a long term executive board member and also held the position of Chairman of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in Germany

For many years, Sascha has focused on innovative ideas for the sustainability of property as an investment product and the holistic approach to investment, concentrating on the market, location and lifecycle of the property. He gained experience as partner in several international real estate consultancies in the European, US and Canadian property markets.

As a strategic investment consultant and manager, over the past ten years Sascha has assisted with transactions amounting to over €2.5bn and been responsible for a valuation volume of over €10.0bn. His clients include national and international institutional investors, pension funds, insurance companies, family offices and major private investors.
